What we hold, and why

What we collect

Your email address, the name your card carries, and everything you type into an intake form or say during an interview — your idea, the problem it solves, where you are, who it is for, your experience, what you can spend, and what you are afraid of. If you are asked what you are bringing to the work, we keep your answer in your own words.

We do not collect card numbers. Payment happens on Stripe's pages and your card details never reach us.

What we do with it

We use it to write the thing you paid for and to send it to you. We use your email to deliver it and to reach you if something goes wrong. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Who else sees it

Producing a report means passing your words to services that do part of the work. These are the ones that receive some or all of what you shared:

• Stripe — payment, and your email and name
• Anthropic — the model that reads your intake
• Resend — delivers your report by email
• Our own services — the Growth Engine, Governance, Azen, Discovery and Yad, which generate, reason over and assemble what you receive

Each one receives what it needs for its part of the work and nothing further.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it. We do not currently delete intake, interviews or reports on a schedule — partly so we can answer you months later when you write and ask what we said, and partly because we have not built an expiry we could honestly promise. We would rather tell you that than name a period we do not keep to.

Stripe keeps its own record of your payment under its own policy, and we cannot remove that.

Having it removed

Email hello@ideaforge.group and ask. A person will delete your intake, your interview and your reports from our systems and confirm when it is done. It is handled by hand rather than by a button, so allow a few days — and write again if you have not heard back.
