What you are buying

The work

You tell us about something you are building. We read it — your idea, your market, your place, what you have to work with — and write you a report about what we see. Some offerings begin with a conversation first. What each one includes is described on its own page before you pay.

When it arrives

Reports are written after you pay and sent to the email address that paid. Typical times, which are estimates and not guarantees:

• Validate — usually within the hour
• Present — usually within the hour
• Plan — usually within about two hours
• Systemize — usually within about three hours
• Research — days rather than hours; the depth you choose sets the pace

If something takes materially longer, that is a fault on our side and we would rather you told us than waited politely.

What a report is, and is not

It is honest reading of what you shared and what we can see of your market. It is not professional advice. For decisions that bind you legally or financially — structure, contracts, tax, licensing, investment — consult someone qualified to be responsible for that advice. We are not, and we will not pretend to be.

Refunds

If we take your money and cannot deliver, you get it back. That is automatic in the cases the system can detect: if a conversation does not surface enough to write about, or if the work cannot be started, the charge is refunded and you are told.

If a refund we attempted does not go through, a person is alerted and will put it right by hand. If you believe you have paid and received nothing, write to support@ideaforge.group with the order reference from your confirmation page. We would rather refund you than argue.

What we ask of you

Tell us the truth about your situation — a report written from a half-description is worth what it cost to write. Buy for yourself or for a business you are part of. Do not resell the reports as your own work, and do not use the service to generate material that would harm someone.

Your words

What you write stays yours. The report we write for you is yours to use however you wish — show it to a partner, a bank, an investor. How we handle what you shared is set out in the privacy page.

Changes

If these terms change, the date below changes with them. What you bought is governed by the terms that stood on the day you bought it.
